By participating in this competition, the user also accepts the following further conditions of participation:

1. period

The sweepstakes will run from 9/5/2023 to 9/12/2023 at 11:50pm.

2. gain

2 tickets for the performance of Circus Knie on 29 September 2023 in Fribourg.
At the end of the competition, the prize will be drawn among all valid entries. A cash payment is not possible. The legal process is excluded.

3. conditions of participation

a) All persons of legal age residing in Switzerland who fulfill the conditions in the corresponding competition post on the JAC Instagram page (@jac_schweiz) in the form of a comment or by the desired action are eligible to win.

b) Employees of JAC Switzerland, Auto Kunz AG, participating agencies and all promotion partners, as well as their family members living in the same household are excluded from participation.

4. raffle

a) The winners will be drawn at random from all participants and notified via a direct comment under the same post and/or via private message. No correspondence will be entered into during the entire competition period.

b) Any prize will be forfeited if the winner(s) fails to respond to the prize notification within seven working days or fails to provide correct or complete address details.

c) Participation via sweepstake clubs, automated services or other service providers is not permitted. In the event of suspected manipulation, JAC Switzerland reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without justification and prior notice.

d) The prize will be delivered by mail.

5. liability

a) Claims for damages against JAC Switzerland and/or affiliated companies in connection with the competition are excluded, unless JAC Switzerland and/or affiliated companies have intentionally or grossly negligently violated legal obligations.
