Chinese automaker JAC is expanding its lineup in Switzerland with the JS6 plug-in hybrid. The 4.61-meter-long SUV combines a 1.5-liter gasoline engine with an electric motor. The system’s total output is 204 PS.

The gasoline engine produces 81 kW (110 PS), and the electric motor produces 150 kW (204 PS). The electric range for the Swiss version is listed as up to 100 kilometers.

Power is supplied by a 21.7 kWh battery. It can be charged with up to 6.6 kW of alternating current; direct current charging is possible at a maximum of 26 kW. JAC states that DC charging takes approximately 26 minutes to go from 30 to 80 percent.
